Meet Our Founder and CEO

Stephany D. Baker, a native of the Bay Area, has dedicated her life to service and leadership. From an early age, she felt a strong calling to make a positive impact on the world around her. Throughout her life, Stephany has actively engaged in various aspects of community service, including leading workshops, speaking at events and conferences, developing educational curricula, and teaching life skills classes. Currently, Stephany mentors and coaches women in their personal, academic, and professional lives. Stephany's journey has taught her the importance of resilience and perseverance. She maintains her values by staying rooted in her principles, embracing personal growth, striving for consistency, practicing mindfulness, and focusing on her calling to servanthood.

Stephany has held several senior leadership positions in her 25+ years of experience in higher education administration. She currently serves in External Relations at Stanford University.

Stephany Baker, Assistant Vice-President for Community and Culture for the Office of External Relations, Stanford University, created the People-Centered Organizational Community & Culture Model© (P-COCC), which integrates her expertise in organizational development, educational leadership, and people management.
